Direction: Apply to shampooed, towel dried hair, massage gently into hair, leave for 1 – 2 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly.

Direction: For a fragrant foaming bath, pour the gel into running warm water as desired.  For using in a shower, apply directly onto a wet sponge.

Direction: Dissolve 60 – 80 grams or 4 – 6 tablespoons of sea salt into ¼ filled hot water tub, relax for 10 – 20 minutes.
