Sarinya′s On-line shopping uses the latest services of PayPal, to ensure your personal information and your payment details are secure. Our friendly shopping cart system makes shopping a breeze. This is a secure service offered by Mal's eCommerce - a unique site which assists new businesses with their on-line transactions and payments.

| Pick up policy | Sarinya offers a pick up facility - if you are in the local catchment area of the Lindfield Public school. You will not be charged a postage or handling charge. Please select this option in the shopping cart before you complete your transaction. | |
| Shipping policy | No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received and cleared. AUD$7.50 will be added per order for postage and handling within Australia AUD$40 will be added per order for shipping costs outside Australia. Choose one of the shipping options in the on-line shopping &click on recalculate to add the shipping charges. Australia Post will be used for postage and handling. Express couriers can be arranged if requested for an additional charge. Together with our carriers, we endeavor to deliver within five working days of payment being cleared, however please allow up to 14 days for rural and international deliveries. Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods. |

| Special Requests | Please let us know if you have any special requests with your order- such as gift wrapping. Sarinya′s on-line shopping gives you the facility to delivery to an address which is different to your billing address.

| Conditional Terms of purchase & Returns | ||
Sarinya′s on-line shopping lists the conditional terms of purchase as follows:-
You must click this box to indicate that you have read these terms and that you agree to them. If damaged goods are received, please contact us and return, with labels and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We can check to see if your insurance will cover replacement of goods damaged in transit.

| Gift Vouchers | ||
Gift vouchers are called "gift certificates" in some countries. It is easy to purchase gift vouchers on-line. You can choose either to receive the gift voucher in the mail so that you can personally hand deliver this to your friend or relative. Or if you prefer we can forward the gift voucher for you (if you give us an alternative delivery address). It is very easy to redeem gift vouchers on-line or in person. If you have a gift voucher and you wish to redeem it in the Sarinya on-line shopping, just enter the voucher code and then hit recalculate. Note: Gift vouchers should be redeemed within six months of purchase date. Note: Gift vouchers should be redeemed in full within one transaction. Unfortunately the shopping cart that is provided by Mal's eCommerce imposes this restriction on redeeming gift vouchers on-line. It does not give us the ability to redeem only part of a gift voucher. |

| Payment methods | ||
It is easy to purchase from Sarinya′s on-line shopping. All payments should be made in Australian Dollars. We prefer Paypal payments and you will find it very convenient to use your credit card with your Paypal account. Other payment methods include - COD - cash on delivery can be arranged - if you live in the Lindfield or Roseville area AND you are prepared to collect your purchases from our East Lindfield home or from the Lindfield Public School or our stall at the markets. Sarinya′s on-line shopping offers a Check (sic) facility. This is to be used for Personal Cheques and Bank Cheques. Please note: that we will wait five working days to ensure that the cheque is cleared before shipping your purchases. You will be responsible for any dishonour fees - if your cheque is not honoured by our bank. Money Orders are also accepted by us through the on-line shopping. Money Orders are available from all Australian Post Offices. We are unable to accept foreign currency or foreign drafts.

| Privacy of your details | ||
Sarinya′s on-line shopping has a check box that asks -
Please be assured that we will treat your confidential details with respect and that we will ensure your privacy. Sarinya′s on-line shopping will not store this information - this information is only stored (by cookies) on your local machine. This check box is only used to assist you in the shopping cart process. It remembers the items that you have already purchased.

| Email addresses | ||
Sarinya′s on-line Shopping asks you to enter your email details twice. It checks that the two email addresses are identical. Your email address should be a current and valid email address. You will receive an email - confirming all your order details, a list of your purchases and the amount you have paid. Sarinya′s on-line shopping - will also receive an email - outlining your order details, what we need to ship to you and the amount you have paid. This email also lists your billing address, your shipping address and how you have paid us.

| Out of Stock Items | ||
Sarinya′s on-line shopping responds quickly to stock levels and usually only lists current items for sale. Sarinya uses modern and efficient stock control systems to ensure minimal delay between sourcing our goods and delivery to you, however this can mean that some products can occasionally run out of stock. We make every effort to ensure that all items in the on-line shopping are currently available. If any item that you order on-line is out of stock (due to unexpected high demand) then we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (Mon to Fri) and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. Products placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received from our suppliers.

Sarinya stands by the products that she sells. Sarinya′s on-line shopping welcomes any feedback you might care to give about your buying experience, the web site, the products that you have purchased or the level of service that you have received. Should you send an email or other communication to our offices, we may retain these communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We will not share any information contained in these communications with any other companies.
